What happens on the walkthrough
We turn up when we said we would, look at every room you want priced, and measure it rather than eyeball it. If something will change the job — wallpaper under the paint, damp, tired plaster — we say so there and then instead of discovering it later.
What you get before we leave
A fixed price in writing, itemised by room, with the paint and materials listed separately at cost. That price is the price on the invoice. It is agreed before any work starts and never revised on site.
What it costs and what you commit to
The visit is free and takes about twenty minutes. There is no obligation at the end of it — plenty of people take the written price away and think about it. If you do go ahead, a 30% deposit secures your date and the balance is due on completion, once you have walked the room yourself.
Where we cover
Maidstone and the Medway towns — Chatham, Rochester and Gillingham. We keep the patch deliberately tight so travel time never inflates your price or makes a date slip. If you are just outside it, ask anyway and we will tell you honestly whether it is a fit.
