Book with a 30% deposit
Secures the date. Balance is due on completion, once you've walked the room yourself.
Straightforward single room? Send a photo from the doorway instead and we'll price it from that. Anything with wallpaper, damp or tired plaster needs eyes on it, so we'll book a visit rather than guess a number.

Full menu prices, no discounts baked in. This is the same list we quote from on every job. Materials are quoted upfront and charged at cost, receipts shown.

the flagship finish: premium paint, fine-finish woodworkEverything in premium, plus premium paint (Farrow & Ball, Little Greene or Dulux Heritage), a feature wall or two-colour scheme, fine-finish woodwork, flat matt ceiling, sockets off for a clean edge.

Full strip and reseal of a bath, shower or kitchen joint. Ask while we're already in the house.
Small plumbing jobs
Tap swaps, toilet internals, washing machine hook-ups. Not emergency plumbing. Not yet.
Bathroom rescue
Regrout, reseal and one fixture swap. Makes a tired bathroom presentable without a renovation.

Things people rightly ask before booking
Are your prices really fixed?
Yes. The price quoted is the price on the invoice. Anything that could change the scope (wallpaper hiding under paint, serious plaster damage) is flagged before work starts, priced separately in writing, and only done if you say yes. Nothing is ever added at payment.
Do you need to visit before quoting?
Usually yes, and the visit is free. Twenty minutes on site means the price is measured rather than guessed, which is what lets us fix it in writing. For a straightforward single room, send a photo from the doorway and we'll price it from that instead. Either way, if something needs a proper look we say so up front rather than guessing a number to win the job.
What do I pay, and when?
A 30% deposit secures your date on any room, any tier. The balance is due on completion, after you've walked the room yourself and pointed at anything you want looked at again.
Are materials included?
Materials are quoted up front and charged at cost, typically £40–70 for a standard room. On the handsome tier, premium paint is bought to your exact spec and the receipts are handed over with the invoice.
Which areas do you cover?
Maidstone and the Medway towns: Chatham, Rochester and Gillingham. The patch is compact on purpose, so travel time never inflates your price. Outside the triangle? Ask anyway; we'll tell you honestly if it's a fit.
